摘要
本报告主要讨论基于新材料的固相微萃取技术(SPME)及其与敞开式离子化质谱(AMS)的联用分析,包括:(1)基于有机骨架材料的固相萃取(SPE)与实时直接分析质谱(DART-MS)的在线联用,实现水中五种农药残留的快速筛查;(2)基于掺杂碳纳米管的聚合物整体材料的SPME与DART-MS的在线联用,实现水中三嗪类农药的快速分析。该联用方法弥补了DART-MS本身灵敏度和精密度差的缺陷,适用于复杂基质中痕量物质的快速高灵敏度分析;(3)基于聚合物整体材料包覆的Dip-it萃取头的SPME与等离子体辅助激光解析离子化质谱(PALDI-MS)的在线联用,实现了不需要有机溶剂洗脱的原位解析和检测,进一步缩短了分析时间,提高了检测灵敏度。此联用方法具有简便快速、灵敏度高、基质耐受性好的优点,在各种环境及药物领域有非常广阔的应用前景。
This presentation will discuss combination of solid phase microextraction(SPME) based on new materials with ambient mass spectrometry,including:(1) MIL-101(Cr)-based SPE combined with fast detection of direct analysis in real time mass spectrometry(DART-MS) for the analysis of triazine herbicides;(2) online coupling of in-tube SPME with DART-MS for the analysis of triazine herbicides in lake water and orange juice;(3) A polymer monolith microextraction(PMME) procedure coupled to plasma assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry(PMME-PALDI-MS) for rapid and organic solvent-free trace analysis.
