七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗脑出血的临床效果观察

摘要
目的:观察七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗脑出血的临床效果。方法:选取我院急性脑出血患者100例,接受治疗的时间为2012年5月至2015年5月,随机分成2组,实验组对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,辅以20%甘露醇120ml静脉滴注,每天3次;实验组在对照组的治疗的基础上应用七叶皂苷钠18mg加入0.9%的氯化钠注射液250ml中静脉滴注,每天1次。两组患者疗程均为4周,疗程结束后观察每组的临床效果,进行对比分析。结果:实验组患者治疗整体有效率为95.00%,对照组患者治疗整体有效率为72.00%,两组有效率比较存在巨大差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。治疗后,实验组患者的血肿量及大小均小于对照组,差异明显,p<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:七叶皂苷钠联合甘露醇治疗脑出血疗效明显、效果确切,值得推广应用。
Objective: To observe the joint mannitol sodium aescinate clinical effect of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 100 cases of my hospital with acute cerebral hemorrhage patients, treatment time is from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group, 50 patients in the control group. The control group were treated with conventionaltherapy, supplemented with 20% mannitol 120 ml intravenous infusion, three times a day; the experimental group received treatment on the basis of the control group on the aescin sodium 18 mgin 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous infusion, once daily. Two groups of patients with a course of four weeks, the clinical effect was observed after treatment in each group, wereanalyzed. Results: The experimental group patients the overall response rate was 95.00% in the control group patients the overall response rate was 72.00%, the two groups there is a huge differencein effective rate, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, patients in the experimental group and the size of the hematoma volume was less than the control group, thedifference was significant, p <0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion: The sodium aescinate joint mannitol treatment of cerebral hemorrhage significantly, the exact effect, should be widely applied.
