Objective:To explore the application value of MEWS in pre triage in the emergency trauma patients. Methods:from August 2015 to December in the emergency trauma patients 3212 cases as control group,2016 1 to May 3326 cases of emergency trauma patients as the observation group. The control group patients according to conventional triage fast Jane injury treatment, the observation group of patients Jane hurt in the fast triage combined with MEWS scoring system, according to the results of the score of illness zoning classification management, decision treatment, comparison of two accuracy rate and outcome analysis of patients with triage methods and whereabouts. Results:in the observation group,MEWS 0- 4,2996 cases of triage of patients to the emergency surgery consulting room,MEWS 5-9.384 Cases of patients with triage of patients to the resuscitation room,MEWS,9,36 patients were divided into observation group.Up to the recovery room triage accuracy rate was higher than the control group(P< 0.01).Conclusion:MEWS traumatic patients score, identify potential Critically ill patients, rational triage patients, the implementation of emergency treatment
