摘要
目的:探讨治疗脑损伤综合征合并听力损伤的有效方法。方法:回顾对2010年1月至2015年12月住院的"脑损伤综合征合并中度听力损伤"60例患儿随机分为两组,观察组为综合康复治疗,治疗组在综合治疗的基础上联合耳穴针刺,观察前后听反应及脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)改变作为评估指标。结果:治疗组联合针刺治疗听力损伤患儿听反应好转,BAEP检测结果显示Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波波形改善明显,即潜伏期及峰间期缩短,V波反应阈值治疗前后改善明显,高频听阈降低,治疗3个疗程总有效率治疗组93.33%,观察组80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合耳穴针刺治疗脑损伤综合征合并中度听力损伤疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the effective method of treating brain injury syndrome complicated with hearing loss.Methods:to review the hospital on January 2010 to December 2015 "brain injury syndrome complicated with moderate hearing loss" of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group for comprehensive rehabilitation treatment,the treatment group in comprehensive therapy combined with auricular acupuncture,observed before and after the auditory and brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) changes as evaluation index.Results:the treatment group combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hearing impairment in auditory response improved,BAEP results showed that Ⅰ and Ⅲ,Bo waveform is improved significantly,which shorten the incubation period and peak interval,Ⅴ wave response threshold before and after treatment improved significantly,reduce the high frequency,3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group 93.33%,observation group 80%,with statistical significance the difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:the combined therapy of acupuncture in the treatment of brain injury syndrome patients with moderate hearing injury significantly.
