摘要
目的:分析将甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合应用在宫外孕患者治疗中的效果。方法:选择2015年10月份到2016年10月份期间于我院治疗的77例宫外孕患者,依照治疗方式的不同分成联合组与单治组,联合组35例,单治组34例,联合组联合甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮治疗,单治组单纯使用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,对比治疗的效果。结果:单治组患者治疗总有效率与联合组相比,明显要比联合组低,P<0.05;联合组患者阴道止血的时间、β-HCG转阴的时间、腹痛与包块的消失时间,与单治组患者相比,明显比联合组短,P<0.05。结论:将甲氨蝶呤与米非司酮联合应用在宫外孕患者治疗中有着显著效果,可以缩短患者阴道止血的时间、β-HCG转阴的时间、腹痛与包块的消失时间,值得应用。
Objective:to analyze the effect of combined application of methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:77cases of ectopic pregnancy were selected during 2015 October to 2016 October in our hospital,according to the different treatment,divided into combined group and single treatment group,combined group of 35 cases,34 cases of single treatment group,combined group combined with methotrexate and mifepristone treatment,single treatment group were treated with methotrexate alone that,compared to the treatment the effect of.Results:treatment group total effective rate of treatment group compared with the joint,than combined group,P < 0.05:a group of patients with vaginal bleeding time,beta-HCG negative time,abdominal pain and mass extinction time,compared with the single treatment group were significantly shorter than that in combined group,P < 0.05.Conclusion:the combined use of methotrexate and mifepristone has a significant effect in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy patients,patients can reduce the vaginal bleeding time,beta-HCG negative time,abdominal pain and mass disappearance time,worthy of application.
