外浮顶油罐防雷技术中低频雷电流分流及监控系统研究

摘要
雷击浮盘时,在最短时间内泄放雷电流,避免雷电流在浮盘与罐体缝隙处产生火花放电。模拟10/350μS雷电流波形,雷击浮盘,研究中低频雷电流分流装置的最大通流量;研究在不同冲击电流下,在1500m,2000m,2500m处雷电流监控系统雷电流感应精度。雷电分流装置在10/350μS、冲击电流100kA条件下进行冲击试验,未见可见可闻的明显损坏,能够满足快速泄放雷电流的要求,雷电流监测系统,最大测量误差为2.8%,可以用于监测雷电流。
When the lightning strikes on the floating roof,discharge the current as soon as possible to avoid spark discharge at the gap between tank wall and floating roof.Simulating 10/350μS lightning waveform to strike on the floating roof,research on the maximum current rate of lightning current splitter device.Detect the lightning current induction accuracy of lightning monitoring system of different impulse current at 1500m,2000m,2500m away from monitoring system.Impacting test at 10/350μS,100kA current shows that no visible damage of lightning splitter devices so the devices can be used to discharge lightning current.The maximum measurement error of the monitoring system is2.8%and can be used to monitor lightning current.
