探讨预见性护理措施对手背深度烧伤手术植皮及术后功能的相关影响

摘要
目的:探讨对接受手背深度烧伤手术植皮治疗的患者实施预见性护理对患者术后功能恢复产生的影响。方法:选择2014年2月-2015年6月期间在我院接受手术植皮治疗的78例手背深度烧伤患者随机平分为对照组(n=39)、观察组(n=39)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,对比分析2组患者术后功能恢复情况。结果:观察组患者术后植皮成活及覆盖创面明显大于对照组,患者术后半年的SI为(5.13±1.43),明显低于对照组,TAM为(207°±35°),明显大于对照组,组间差异比较均存在显著性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手背深度烧伤患者接受手术植皮治疗时同时给予其预见性护理干预,可促进皮片成活率得到有效提高,促进患者手功能得到更好恢复。
