NDI型聚氨酯弹性体的制备及其性能研究

摘要
以不同的低聚物多元醇与1,5-萘二异氰酸酯(NDI)合成预聚体,再与固化剂反应制备聚氨酯弹性体。研究了软段组成、预聚体中NCO含量、扩链系数以及扩链剂组成对NDI型聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果表明:软段组成对NDI型聚氨酯弹性体的性能有较大影响,聚酯型聚氨酯性能优于聚醚型的;软段类型相同时,由相对分子质量较低的软段制备的弹性体的综合性能较优;预聚体中NCO质量分数为4.5%,扩链系数为0.9,1,4-丁二醇(BDO)/三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)混合固化剂中TMP摩尔分数为4%时,可制得综合性能较好、成本适中的NDI型聚氨酯弹性体。
Prepolymers were synthesized by different kinds of oligomer diols and 1,5-naphthylene diisocyanate(NDI).The polyurethane elastomers(PUEs) were prepared by reaction of curing agent and the prepolymers.The effects of soft segment(the oligomer),NCO content in prepolymer,crosslink coefficient and chain extender compositions on the mechanical properties of NDI-based PUEs were studied.The results showed that the oligomer had a great influence on the performance of NDI-based PUE.The properties of polyester type PUE was superior to that of polyether type.When soft segment was the same type,the PUEs prepared from lower molecular weight soft segment had a good overall performance.The polyurethane elastomer had the best mechanical property and moderate cost when the NCO content in prepolymer was 4.5%,the crosslink coefficient was 0.9 and the molar ratio of trimethylolpropane(TMP) in the1,4-butanediol(BDO)/TMP mixing curing agent was 4%.
