不同软段结构对MDI型TPU微观相分离及热性能的影响

摘要
以4,4′-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)和扩链剂1,4-丁二醇(BDO)作为硬段,分别以聚酯二元醇(PEA)、聚四氢呋喃二元醇(PTMG)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)及聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)作为软段,采用预聚体法,制备了4种热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)。研究了不同的软段结构对TPU的微观相分离及热性能的影响。结果表明:PTMG聚醚型TPU与3种聚酯型TPU相比具有较高的微观相分离程度,但耐老化性能较差;聚酯型TPU的耐老化性能好,但微观相分离程度小。
With the prepolymerization method,a series of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) were synthesized using polyethylene adipate(PEA),polytetramethylene glycol(PTMG),polycaprolactonediol(PCL) and poly-carbonate-hexane diol(PCDL) as the soft segments,4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) and 1,4-butanediol(BDO) as the hard segments.The effect of different soft segment structure of microscopic phase separation elastomers and thermal properties was discussed.The results showed that,comparing with three polyester polyurethanes,PTMG-TPU had a high degree of microscopic phase separation but poor ageing-resistant performance.The three kinds of polyester polyurethane had excellent ageing-resistance but small degree of microscopic phase separation.
