端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)扩链制备彩色水性聚氨酯

摘要
以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000(PTMG1000)、二羟甲基丙酸、1,4-丁二醇、丙酮等为原料合成了聚氨酯预聚体,将其与适当比例的第一代超支化聚(胺-酯)(HPAE-1)反应,并用三乙胺中和,制备了含羟基的水性聚氨酯(WPU-H)。再将WPU-H与活性艳红K-2G反应获得自发色聚氨酯SCPU。对比研究表明,WPU、WPU-H及SCPU的平均粒径分别为116 nm、100 nm和162 nm,最大粒径分别为255 nm、295 nm和396 nm;WPU和WPU-H的Tg分别为-75.8℃和-74.5℃,染料分子的引入未对Tg产生明显影响。TG分析表明,WPU-H的热分解稳定性优于WPU,引入染料分子后,SCPU的热降解历程更加复杂。此外,SCPU与活性染料K-2G的紫外-可见光最大吸收波长基本一致。
The prepolymer of waterbome polyurethane was synthesized by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),polytetramethylene-oxide glycol 1000(PTMG1000),dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA),1,4-butanediol(BDO) in acetone,then modified with the first generation hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)(HPAE-1),successively the products were neutralized with triethylamine to prepare waterbome polyurethane contained with hydroxyl group(WPU-H).Finally,self-colored waterbome polyurethane SCPU was synthesized via the reaction of WPU-H with reactive brilliant red K-2G Simultaneously,the waterbome polyurethane(WPU) synthesized without HPAE-1 was as a control.Laser particle size analyzer,FT-IR,DSC and TG were used to analyze their structures and properties.The largest particle sizes of WPU,WPU-H and SCPU emulsion were 255 run,295 nm and 396 nm,while their average particle sizes were 116 nm,100 nm and 162 nm respectively.The glass-transition temperatures(T_g) of WPU and WPU-H were-75.8 ℃ and-74.5 ℃,while the dye molecule had little effect on their glass-transition temperatures.The thermal degradation stability of WPU-H was better than that of WPU which was proved by TG analysis.However,the thermal degradation process of SCPU was much more complex than WPU-H due to the appearance of dye molecules.Additionally,the maximum adsorption wavelength of SCPU was consistent with K-2G confirmed by UV-Vis 3600.
