井筒温度场分析及采油井高效清蜡降黏装置应用效果评价

摘要
在稠油井和高凝采油井的开采过程中,为了解决采油井的稠油和结蜡问题,针对现有方案的弊端,开展了井筒温度场分析及采油井高效清蜡降黏装置的应用。根据采油井的生产情况,使用Shiu&Beggs井筒温度场计算方法,并结合实际工况确定松弛距离公式回归系数,进而确定井筒的温度场,再结合原油的析蜡温度,合理选择加热深度(长度)及加热功率。大庆朝阳沟油田稠油区4口采油井使用高效清蜡降黏装置后,上、下电流分别下降18.75%及7.69%,最大、最小载荷分别下降12.89%及2.78%。采油井高效清蜡降黏装置清防蜡效果好,能够降低泵筒维护成本,并具有节能的优势。
In the exploitation process of heavy oil and high condensate oil, so as to solve the problems of heavy oil and paraffin precipitation, and in view of the disadvantages of the existing scheme, the analysis of wellbore temperature field and application of high-efficiency paraffin removing and viscosity reducing device have been carried out.According to the production condition of producers, the regression coefficient of relaxation distance formula has been determined in terms of actual working condition to calculate the temperature field with Shiu & Beggs calculating methods for wellbore temperature field. Combined with the paraffin precipitation temperature of crude oil, the reasonable heating depth(length) and heating power can be selected. After using the high-efficiency paraffin removing and viscosity reducing device in four heavy oil wells of Chaoyanggou Oilfield of Daqing, up-stroke and down-stroke electric currents have been reduced by 18. 75% and 7. 69%,max and min loads have been lowered by12. 89% and 2. 78% respectively. The device has good effect for removing paraffin and reducing viscosity, which can reduce the cost of pump barrel maintenance with the energy saving advantage.
