高酸性气田低流速湿气输送管线缓蚀剂应用技术

摘要
在高酸性气田的开采中后期,随着气井产能的下降,管线内气体流速逐渐降低,液体和/或污物容易汇集到管线底部,造成管线底部的腐蚀,特别是管线低洼部位的腐蚀。针对高酸性气田低流速湿气输送管线实际情况,确定缓蚀剂应用工艺及缓蚀剂品种,并在龙岗气田001-6~001-7井和001-26~26井两条管线内开展了为期7个季度的现场应用试验,应用缓蚀剂后,管线的腐蚀速率控制在0.1 mm/a以下,防腐蚀效果良好。
In the middle and late exploitation of sour gas fields,with the decline of gas production,the pipeline gas flow rate decreases,liquid and/or sediments then easily deposit to the bottom of the pipeline,and cause the corrosion of the bottom pipelines,particularly in lower parts of the pipeline.In this paper,The application process technology and corrosion inhibitor were determined according to the actual situation of the low-velocity and wet gas pipelines for sour gas fields,then a seven-quarter field application tests were carried out in 001-6~001-7~# and 001-26-26~# pipelines of the Longgang gas field.After the application of corrosion inhibitors,corrosion rate of the pipeline was controlled lower than 0.lmm/a,and the anti-corrosion results were satisfied.
