摘要
系统分析了油溶性缓蚀剂的特征和其作用机理,通过筛选和复配使其具有超加合效应,利用单因素和正交试验,得到了具有超加合效应油溶性缓蚀剂的组成,其配制的防锈油综合技术指标完全超过了国家标准的要求,充分体现了超加合效应的作用,成功解决了金属防护的长效和高效的问题。
The character and effect mechanism of oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor have been analyzed.The oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor has been super-summing effect by selection and compound.The composition of the supersumming effect has been got by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The comprehensive technical target of the antirust oil with this oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor has exceeded the nation normal.The experiments reported that this oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor has excellent super-summing effect.So this super-summing effect oil-soluble corrosion inhibitor has succeeded to solved the problem of the metal protection long and high effect.
