玉树灾后中学生心理状况调查报告

摘要
通过探讨玉树地震后外迁至都江堰复学的藏族中学生的心理健康状况,为进一步开展中小学心理健康教育工作提供科学的依据和参考。本研究采用《儿童创伤后压力诊断量表》、《儿童抑郁量表》、《白马藏族文化适应问卷》对玉树地震后外迁都江堰的1564名藏族中学生进行了调研,此外还对其中的808名学生进行了《创伤后成长问卷》测量。调研结果显示该校学生中被诊断为PTSD高风险的比例为75.2%,远高于无风险学生所占的比例(24.8%),且女性患者的比例(43.4%)高于男性患者的比例(31.8%);在年级上,心理适应能力较差的初中生的PTSD诊断率最高,面临更多适应问题的高一学生其诊断率也相对较高。女生在PTSD各维度上的问题更突出;初一学生在PTSD各维度上的得分相对较低。从生活、学习等角度分析灾后心理创伤对其影响,结果表明,灾后心理创伤对学生的学习影响最大,对家人关系的影响最小。该校学生中有抑郁状态的比例为79.3%,未出现性别与年级差异;总的来说,该校学生的文化适应状况较好,相当一部分学生(66.3%)未出现文化适应障碍。该校学生在创伤后成长维度上未出现性别差异,高年级的创伤后成长要优于低年级学生。针对灾后外迁学生的心理状况,提出十条教育建议。
In order to further carry out mental health education of primary and secondary schools work provides scientific basis and reference, we discussedthe middle school students' mental health status who outward migration to Dujiangyanafter the Yushuearthquake.1564 Tibetan middle school students were investigated be revised CPSS(Child PTSD Symptom Scale),CDS(Children Depression Scale), and Baima Tibet cultural adaptation inventory, while there are 808 students were investigated be revised PTGI(posttraumatic growth inventory) more. The Results show that the school students were diagnosed with PTSD in high-risk proportion is 75.2%, and the proportion of female students(43.4%) than the proportion of male students(31.8%).On the grade, poor psychological adaptation ability of junior middle school students of PTSD diagnosis rate is highest, more adapt to the problems of high student its diagnostic rate is relatively high.The girl in every dimension of PTSD issues more prominent,the first student in PTSD scores on each dimension is relatively low. To analysis the influencefrom the aspects of life and learning, the results show thatpost-disaster psychological trauma biggest influence on students' learning, with minimal impact on family relations.79.3% of the school students suffering from depression, showed no gender and grade differences.Generally speaking, the culture of the students better adapt to the situation, quite a number of students(66.3%) did not appear cultural adaptation obstacles.Students appear no gender differences in dimension of posttraumatic growth, the older the posttraumatic growth than students. According topsychological condition of outward migration students, the article puts forward ten education are suggested.
