基于扎根理论的科研团队创新绩效影响因素研究

摘要
随着我国科技创新战略的提出和创新型国家建设战略的深入实施,如何提高科研团队创新绩效水平成为促进我国科技发展的关键。本文运用扎根理论,从提高科研团队创新绩效的角度,通过对文献探讨和深度访谈获得的资料进行分析,明晰了科研团队的特征,识别了影响科研团队创新绩效的因素,提出了以内部协同因素和外部协同因素为核心的科研团队创新绩效实现模式,对促进我国科研团队创新绩效的提高具有重要的现实意义。
With the science and technology innovation strategy is put forward and the in-depth implementation of innovative national construction strategy,how to improve the level of scientific research team innovation performance becomes the key to promote the development of science and technology in our country.Using grounded theory,this article from the perspective of improving scientific research team innovation performance,based on the literature review and depth interview the data obtained were analyzed,and clear the characteristics of scientific research team,identify the factors affecting the performance of team innovation,put forward the coordinated internal factors and external factors together as the core of the scientific research team innovation performance implementation patterns,to improve our scientific research team innovation performance has important practical significance.
