摘要
政府投资项目建设过程中,由于工程变更而产生的造价增加占项目总投资的比重相当之大,做好工程变更管理对政府投资项目的造价控制至关重要。本文结合工作实际,对政府投资项目工程变更的现状进行分析,探讨政府投资项目工程变更的管理方法。
In the process of government investment project construction,the increase of the cost caused by the project change is quite large,and the project change management is very important to the cost control of the government investment project.Based on the actual work,this paper analyzes the current situation of the project change of government investment project and discusses the management method of project change of government investment project.
