摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与高龄血流耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染伴肾功能不全患者抗感染治疗中的药学监护方法及其效果。方法:以高龄血流MRSA感染伴肾功能不全患者为例,实施全过程药学监护,并参与其制订个体化用药方案。结果:药师参与用药方案的制订,并实施全过程药学监护,确保了患者的疗效和用药的安全性。结论:通过药师参与患者临床抗感染治疗,体现了药师以患者为中心的药学服务理念,发挥了药学专业特长,为提供了患者完善的医疗服务。
