液体渗氮对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢疲劳性能的影响

摘要
本研究通过对1Cr11Ni_2W_2MoV钢进行环保型液体氮化处理,与现行液体氮化处理的氮化层硬度、深度、显微组织及抗疲劳性进行对比试验。结果表明,经环保型液体氮化处理的1Cr11Ni_2W_2MoV钢渗层组织更加致密完整,且具有较高的渗层硬度、深度和抗疲劳性
The contrast tests of 1Cr11Ni_2W_2MoV steel by environmental liquid nitriding and existing liquid nitriding are investigated.The hardness,deepness,microstructure and resisting fatigue capability on nitrogen layer are studied.The results show that the microstructure of 1Cr11Ni_2W_2MoV steel by environmental liquid nitriding is dense integrity,which has higher hardness,deepness and resisting fatigue capability.
