氢键/离子键协同强韧石墨烯纳米复合材料

摘要
天然鲍鱼壳的微纳米多级层状结构赋予了鲍鱼壳丰富的界面作用,为制备高性能仿鲍鱼壳纳米复合材料提供了灵感。在此,我们通过氢键和离子键的协同界面相互作用,制备了高性能仿鲍鱼壳结构的石墨烯纳米复合材料,其强度和韧性同时提高,与此同时仿生石墨烯纳米复合材料显示出优良的抗疲劳性能及优良的电导率。这些优异的性能使得仿鲍鱼壳纳米复合材料在航空航天、柔性电子器件等领域具有广泛的应用前景。
The hierarchical micro/nanoscale layered structure of natural nacre with abundant interfacial interactions, which provides inspiration for fabricating high performance artificial nacre. Herein, we use the synergistic interfacial interactions of hydrogen and ionic bonding to fabricate graphene oxide based artificial nacre, which shows the integration of high tensile strength, toughness and excellent fatigue-resistant property, as well as high electrical conductivity. These extraordinary properties allow this kind of artificial nacre to potentially utilized in the fields of aerospace, flexible electronics devices, etc.
