摘要
目的:在呼吸内科疾病患者治疗过程中应用抗菌药物,并对其应用价值进行探讨。方法:回顾性分析我院自2015年2月至2016年2月期间所收治的84例呼吸内科疾病患者的临床资料,将其按照随机数字表法均分为观察组与对照组,每组患者例数为42例。在两组患者的治疗过程中均应用常规治疗方法,在观察组患者的治疗过程中增加抗菌药物治疗,将两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:经对应性治疗后,观察组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异较为明显且P值小于0.05,统计学意义存在。结论:在呼吸内科疾病患者治疗过程中应用抗菌药物可以显著提升患者的临床疗效,具有临床推广价值。
Purpose:in the treatment of patients with respiratory medicine disease in the process of application of antimicrobial agents,and discusses its application value.Methods:a retrospective analysis of our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016,the independent during the period of the clinical data of84 patients with respiratory medicine diseases,it shall,in accordance with the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group,each group of 42 cases of patients.Application in the process in the treatment of patients with two groups of conventional treatment methods,in the treatment of patients with observation group increase of antimicrobial agents in the process of treatment,will the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results:after treatment with correspondence,the clinical curative effect of observation group patients was superior to that of the control group,the difference is more obvious and P value is less than 0.05,statistically significant Conclusion:in treatment of patients with respiratory medicine disease in the process of application of antimicrobial agents can significantly improve the patients clinical curative effect,clinical popularization value.
