整体护理对内分泌失调型肥胖患者治疗效果、体重指数及护理满意度的影响

摘要
目的:探讨整体护理对内分泌失调型肥胖患者治疗效果、体重指数及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年9月-2016年9月收治于我院的内分泌失调型肥胖患者231例,依据入院时间分为两组,A组116例实施整体护理,B组115例则行常规护理,观察比较两组治疗效果、体重指数及护理满意度。结果:A组治疗效果、体重指数及护理满意度较之对照组,均优于后者(P<0.05)。结论:内分泌失调型肥胖患者应用整体护理,可提高治疗效果,降低体重指数,提升护理满意度。
Objective:to study the effect of overall nursing in patients with endocrine disorders obesity treatment,the influence of body mass index(bmi)and nursing satisfaction.Methods:to choose in September 2015-September 2016 treated in our hospital endocrine disorders obesity patients 231 cases,divided into two groups according to admission time,implement the overall nursing 116 cases of group A,group B was done in 115 routine nursing care,observation compare two groups of treatment effect,body mass index(bmi) and nursing satisfaction.Results:the therapeutic effect of group A,body mass index and nursing satisfaction compared with the control group,were superior to the latter(P < 0.05).Conclusion:endocrine disorders obesity patients,holistic nursing care can improve the treatment effect,reduce the body mass index,improve nursing satisfaction.
