腹部手术后促进胃肠功能恢复的护理策略探究

摘要
目的:探究腹部手术后促进胃肠功能恢复的护理策略。方法:选取2014年12月至2015年12月我院收治的104例实施腹部手术的患者做为研究对象,按照来院的先后顺序分成观察组和对照组,每组各52例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预,观察两组患者肠胃功能恢复的情况。结果:经护理干预之后,观察组患者肠胃功能恢复情况良好,肠鸣音恢复的时间以及肛门排气的时间都短于对照组,两组相比差异明显P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对实施腹部手术后的患者进行综合护理干预可以有效地促进患者肠胃功能的恢复,使患者早日康复出院,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。
