摘要
目的:讨论循证护理在胸腰椎骨折患者中的效果。方法:选取60例患者,按照入院时间进行分组实验,其中实验组进行循证护理干预,对照组进行常规护理干预,比较两组患者护理后并发症、心理状态及患者对护理措施的满意度。结果:实验组并发症发生率为6.7%,对照组为20%;实验组心理状态良好的有26例,对照组为19例;实验组护理满意度为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,P<0.05。结论:循证护理可以降低不良情绪的发生,同时可以提高护理的整体水平,预防患者发生各种并发症,是患者容易接受的一种护理方式。
Objective:To discuss the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:60 patients are divided into groups according to the time of admission,the experimental group for evidence-based nursing intervention,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with nursing complications,psychological status and nursing measures of patients' satisfaction.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.7%,and the control group was higher than that in the control group.The experimental group had a good psychological state in the treatment group and the control group(n = 19).The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was about 96.7%,while that of the control group was 83.3%,(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Evidence based nursing can reduce the occurrence of adverse emotions,and can improve the overall level of care,prevention of patients with various complications,is an easy way to accept the patient
