摘要
目的:探讨创新型护理模式护理对心脑血管疾病患者的临床作用。方法:选取我院自2013年3月~2016年3月以来收治的心脑血管疾病患者60例为研究对象,将其分为两组进行区别护理,每组各30例。一组为对照组,其护理方式为常规护理;另一组为实验组,其护理方式在对照组的护理基础上增加创新性护理,经过治疗后对两组掌握的健康理论知识和治疗满意度进行比较。结果:实验组的健康知识掌握程度、健康保健意识、生活习惯及治疗满意度等多个方面的表现明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用创新型护理模式护理心脑血管疾病患者的效果显著,在实际应用中有良好的辅助作用。
Objective:To study the innovative nursing mode of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease clinical effect Methods:our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 since 60 patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel treated as the research object,it can be divided into two groups for the difference between nursing,each 30 cases in each group.A set of control group,the nursing Methods:for conventional nursing;Another group as the experimental group,the nursing Methods:of nursing based on increasing innovation in the control group,after treatment on two groups to compare the degree of satisfaction theory knowledge and master health.Results:the degree of health knowledge,health care consciousness,living habits and treatment satisfaction,and other aspects of the performance is much better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of innovative nursing mode of nursing patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel,has the good auxiliary effect in practical application.
