摘要
目的:研讨分析延续护理在青光眼手术患者中的护理状况。方法:从我院2015年5月至2016年5月期间我院收治的青光眼手术患者中,依据随机抽签方式挑选出56例作为此研究研讨对象,再依据随机抽签方式将56例患者分组研讨,即28例对照组,28例研究组,对照组接受常规性护理,研究组接受延续护理,把两组护理状况纳入到对比讨论中。结果:从按时复查、诱发因素、良好心理、坚持用药等方面来对比患者遵医行为状况,研究组比对照组优,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。从生活能力、睡眠状况、术后失明等方面对比其生存质量,研究组比对照组更具优势性,组间数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床可给予青光眼手术患者延续护理,对提升患者生存质量和遵医行为有显著作用,推广应用价值大。
Objective:To study and analyze the nursing care of patients with glaucoma surgery.Methods:from September in our hospital in May 2015 to2016 period glaucoma surgery patients in our hospital,according to the random draw selected 56 patients as the research object,and according to the random draw will be 56 cases patients with group discussion,28 cases in the control group,28 cases of the study group and controls received routine nursing care,study group received continuing care,the two groups of care into the comparative discussion.Results:from time to review,inducing factors,good psychological,adhere to medication and so on to compare patients' compliance behavior status,the research group than the control group,the data is statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the quality of life,such as the ability of life,sleep,postoperative blindness and so on,the research group was more dominant than the control group,and the data were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the clinical treatment of patients with glaucoma surgery to continue care,to improve the quality of life and compliance with medical behavior has a significant role in promoting the application of large value.
