摘要
采用WDW-100型静态拉伸试验机及日本鹭工TS2000检力头式材料高速试验机分别对HC220B钢板母材及烘烤硬化后的材料进行了准静态及不同温度及应变率条件下的动态拉伸试验,确定了HC220B钢板材料母材的J-C型动态拉伸本构方程及烘烤硬化后的修正本构方程。采用LS-DYNA程序,研究了HC220B钢板材料动态拉伸本构方程及其烘烤硬化效应在汽车安全行人保护数值模拟中的应用。
The static tensile test on a WDW-100 material test system and the dynamic tensile tests on TS2000 material test system at different strain rates and temperatures were performed for HC220 B steel sheet specimens and the bake- hardening steel sheet specimens.Based on the stress- strain data obtained from static and dynamic tensile tests,J- C type tensile constitutive equations of the HC220 B steel material and the barking hardened steel material were determined.The application of the determined J-C type tensile constitutive equations in numerical simulation of pedestrian protection for vehicle safety was studied with LS- DYNA program.
