摘要
立足作战需要,研究依靠数据指挥,本文结合数据新技术和智能理论,着重研究智能指挥与控制理论,将作战指挥分为数据指挥决策、智能规划控制两部分,依托数据科学与指挥艺术,探索C~2D指挥控制环,更加高效、稳定地服务作战。
Based on the needs of the war, the research on data command, combined with the data of new technology and intelligence theory, focuses on the research of intelligent command and control theory, the command is divided into intelligent planning control data command decision, the two part, based on the data of science and art to explore the C~2D command, command and control, more stable and efficient service operations.
