基于三维指纹图谱的中药质控新方法

摘要
中药(材)因受到产地、季节等自然环境的不同,以及采收期、存储条件、入药部位和炮制工艺等的差异,都直接影响中药的临床疗效和实验研究;中药材特别是名贵药材的真伪鉴别等也需要建立起严格的客观标准。指纹图谱技术是当今国际认可的质量控制模式。随着现代分析技术的发展,在实验上获取三维指纹图谱(吸收-保留时间-波长)已非难事。我们将三维指纹图谱转换为灰度数字图像后,提取能够充分、全面表征样品信息的重要图像特征,不但可以对样品中多目标组分进行同时、快速、准确的定量分析,还可对多厂家、多批次的同类产品进行客观、准确的相似性分析。我们提出的质控新方法已成功地应用于高效液相色谱技术~([1-4])及荧光技术~([5,6])等对实际产品的分析中,获得令人满意的结果。该分析技术还可应用于谷物、酒类、皮革等其它产品的质量分析。
Three-dimensional(3D) spectra have been widely applied in analytical chemistry owing to their comprehensive representation for the characteristics of samples.In our study,based on the digital grayscale image conversed from 3D fingerprint spectra,the qualitative and quantitative analyses for several productions of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) have been investigated.The obtained results indicate that the noise signals and shifts of peaks and baseline could be corrected well using several image moment methods,and the proposed approaches to the quality control and assessment of TCM productions are faster,accurate and objective,which could be applied on the simultaneous quantitative analysis for the multi target compounds in mixture or the similarity analysis of samples.
