振动在材料弹性模量测试中的应用

摘要
对材料弹性模量动态测试的6种方法进行了综述,阐述了悬丝共振法、悬臂共振法、轴向共振法、超声频谱共振法、脉冲激励振动法以及圆盘振子法的基本原理和测试过程。结合国内外研究现状,分析了上述6种方法各自的特点和局限性。对弹性模量的动态测试方法的选用具有一定的指导意义。
This paper deals with 6 methods for dynamic testing of elastic modulus of materials, including suspended resonance method, cantilever resonance method, axial resonance method, ultrasonic spectroscopy resonance method, impulse excite vibration method, and disc-vibrator method. The principles and general processes of those methods are expounded. On the basis of home and overseas research status, the characteristics and limitations of these methods are analyzed. It is very helpful to choose dynamic testing method of elastic modulus of materials
