壳聚糖基水性聚氨酯高吸水性树脂的制备研究

摘要
采用化学接枝法制备了壳聚糖基水性聚氨酯树脂,考察了壳聚糖相对分子质量及添加量对该树脂性能的影响。利用FT-IR、TGA、SEM对其结构进行表征,并测定了胶膜的力学性能、吸水性、接触角等。结果表明,质量分数为15%的双氧水降解得到相对分子质量为4.3×10~4的壳聚糖,添加量为3%时,制备得到的壳聚糖基水性聚氨酯的吸水性较好,可达到自身质量的136%,而且保水能力强。
Waterbome polyurethane resin was prepared by the method of chemical grafting,the influences of chitosan molecular weight and additive quantities to the properties of chitosan based waterbome polyurethane were explored.The structures were characterized by the IR,TGA,SEM,etc.The film's mechanical properties,water imbibition and contact angle were measured,too.The experimental results showed that the chitosan with relative molecular weight of 4.3xl04 was obtained after the degradation of15%(mass fraction) hydrogen peroxide.When the adding amount of chitosan was 3%,the water imbibition of chitosan based waterbome polyurethane was good.The water-absorbing quality was 136%to their own quality,and water retention ability was strong.
