透明材料界面真实接触面积的测量方法

摘要
现实生活中的任何表面都不是绝对光滑的。接触面间的真实接触状态直接决定了接触处的摩擦、热传导、能量耗散等属性。对两接触表面间真实接触状态的研究对研究界面间的接触及摩擦特性具有重要意义。本文将介绍一种基于光的全反射原理对透明材料接触界面真实接触状态进行观测的方法。该方法利用片状激光照射透明材料接触处,透射光线投影到屏幕上,即呈现出接触界面处的接触状态。应用单反相机采集投影图样并采用图像处理技术对图片进行处理,最终得出界面处的真实接触面积。
