摘要
本文针对蓄能器结构对液压系统油路压力超调量的影响,利用AMESim软件仿真计算同等输入条件,同样控制油路并联不同结构参数的蓄能器和控制阀出油口的压力情况。通过动态响应仿真结果对超调量进行分析,确认最优结构参数与实验结果进行比对,为油路设计蓄能器的应用优化提供了参考。
In view of the influences of accumulator structure on the pressure overshoot,using the same AMESim software simulation calculation of equivalent input conditions,the same control circuit in parallel with different structure parameters of accumulator,pressure control valve of the outlet.Through the simulation results of the dynamic response overshoot are analyzed,compared to confirm the optimal structure parameters and test results,which provides a reference for the application of optimization design in the accumulator.
