摘要
本文主要探讨可视化综合指挥调度系统在民防应急指挥的全方位应用。民防应急指挥是在战争、地震、自然灾害等突发事件发生的时候,能及时发现灾情、应急响应、快速救灾、人员安置等一系列应急事件综合协调处置单位。而可视化综合指挥调度系统可以将各种信号通过网络IP数字化后采集到云服务器群组中,实现在任意地点、任意屏幕间的调度、投放和协同。可为民防应急指挥需要实现全可视化的操作,包括信号图像可视化、屏幕信息可视化、操作过程可视化。
This paper mainly discusses the comprehensive application of visual integrated command scheduling system in civil defense emergency command. Civil defense emergency command is such as war, earthquake, natural disaster emergency happens, can timely find the disaster, emergency response, quick relief, personnel placement and a series of comprehensive coordination of emergency events disposal unit. And visual integrated command scheduling system can be a variety of signal through the network to the cloud server group, was taken from the IP digital implementation in any place, any scheduling, delivery and collaboration between the screen. For civil defense emergency command, all visualizations need to be realized, including visualization of signal images, visualization of screen information, and visualization of operation process.
