摘要
速溶硅酸钠(nNa_2O·mSiO_2·H_2O)能快速溶解于水,主要用作合成洗涤剂中的助洗剂、粉煤灰水泥的活化剂、采油工业中的增稠剂、耐火材料的黏结剂等,还可用作耐火材料、保温材料、耐酸胶泥,其由干法经化料、过滤、调模、喷雾干燥等加工过程等制得。介绍了速溶硅酸钠各项生产指标,实际生产中出现的速溶硅酸钠模数高、干燥塔进出口温度控制不稳、塔底风压控制不当、塔底掉块、产品包装等问题及相应处理措施。
Instant sodium silicate(nNa_2O·mSiO_2) can quickly dissolve in water,is mainly used as synthetic detergent and activator of fly ash cement,thickening agent in oil industry,refractory binder and so on,also used as refractory materials and insulation materials,acid-proof daub.It is produced by dry process through materials dissolution of filtering,moulding,spray drying,etc,The production index of instant sodium silicate is introduced,including other problems in the actual production high modulus of instant sodium silicate,different to control the temperature of import and export is drying tower instability and air pressure in the bottom dropping down blocks in the bottom,and the problems in product packaging and the corresponding treatment measures were introduced.
