经支气管动脉栓塞术治疗支气管Dieulafoy’s病的护理1例

摘要
Dieulafoy病又称Dieulafoy溃疡或胃黏膜下恒径动脉破裂出血,是黏膜下动脉增生的一种血管畸形性疾病,病灶常位于消化道黏膜,发生在支气管部位者罕见。临床表现主要为突发大咯血或支气管腔内病灶活检后发生致命性大出血。目前治疗主要有栓塞治疗和手术两种方法。现将我院收治1例经支气管动脉栓塞术治疗支气管Dieulafoy’s病的护理体会,汇报如下。
Dieulafoy Dieulafoy disease, also known as gastric ulcer or under constant diameter arterial bleeding, is a proliferation of submucosal arterial vascular malformation disease, often located in the gastrointestinal mucosa lesions occur in the bronchial site is rare. The main clinical manifestations of sudden fatal bleeding or hemoptysis endobronchial lesion biopsy. Currently there are embolization therapy and surgical methods. Now in our hospital, one case of bronchial arterial embolization nursing of bronchial Dieulafoy's disease, reported as follows.
