摘要
本文介绍了塑料闪烁体探测器与射线相互作用的发光机理、荧光光子在塑料闪烁体中产生、输运和收集的物理模型、荧光收集效率的蒙特卡罗模拟计算,研究塑料闪烁体的物理特性、外层包装材料、耦合剂的属性对荧光收集效率的影响,从而为优化和提高探测器的性能奠定基础。
In this paper, the mechanism of plastic scintillator detector emitting rays interacting with the fluorescence photons generated in the plastic scintillator is introduced, and the physical models of the transport is established. The paper completed the Monte Carlo simulation to calculate the fluorescence collection efficiency and the study of the physical plastic scintillator characteristics. The report studied the impact on collection efficiency with the different outer packaging materials and the coupling agent. The results could establish technology base for optimizing and improving the performance of the plastic scintillator detector.
