根据《型号合格证持有人持续适航体系的要求》(AC-21-AA-2013-19)的要求,型号合格证持有人在交付首架飞机之前,必须按照咨询通告的要求建立持续适航体系,本文通过持续适航体系事件收集的目的、作用,事件收集的来源、原则和要求。事件收集的程序和方法的研究和分析,对型号合格证持有人持续适航体系事件收集的规范化研究进行了系统性的阐述和说明。
According to "The requirements of the Type Certificate holder's continued airworthiness system"(AC-21-AA-2013-19),The Type Certificate holder must be establishing a continued airworthiness system,in accordance with the requirements of the Advisory Circular before delivery of the first aircraft.This article researches and analyzes the purpose,the functions of the occurrence collection,the source,principles and requirements of the occurrence collection,the procedures and methods of the occurrence collection in the continued airworthiness system.The standardization research of the occurrence collection in the Type Certificate holder's continued airworthiness system are systematically described and illustrated.
