健康教育对改善冠心病心绞痛患者护理满意度、生存质量的效果分析

摘要
目的:分析健康教育对改善冠心病心绞痛患者护理满意度、生存质量的效果。方法:选取2015年10月-2016年6月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者67例作为研究对象,按照数字表法分为A组(32例,进行常规护理)和B组(35例,进行健康教育),对2组生存质量和护理满意度进行评比。结果:A组患者身体活动受限、疾病认知度、心绞痛发作、心绞痛稳定等生存质量评分及护理满意度评分与B组比较,2组间具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育有利于提高冠心病心绞痛患者护理满意度,改善生存质量,直达在临床中广泛使用。
Objective:to analyze the health education to improve nursing satisfaction in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris,the effect of the quality of life.Methods:to choose in October 2015-June 2016 of our hospital 67 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina as the research object,according to the digital meter method is divided into group A(32 cases,routine nursing) and group B(35 cases,health education),to the quality of life in the2 groups and nursing satisfaction for comparison.Results:the patients of group A limited physical activity,disease awareness,stable angina,angina pectoris and other quality of life score and nursing satisfaction scores compared with group B,statistically difference between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:health education is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,patients with coronary heart disease angina improve the quality of survival,to the widespread use in clinical.
