环氧树脂改性超轻泡沫混凝土气孔结构及性能

摘要
以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,水性环氧树脂乳液及其固化剂为改性剂,在水灰比0.6和0.8条件下,采用物理发泡方式,制备了超轻泡沫混凝土,结合XRD、SEM及Image-pro Plus等手段对超轻泡沫混凝土气孔结构及微观结构进行了分析,同时还研究了改性剂对硬化试样力学性能及吸水率的影响。研究表明:改性剂不同程度扩大了气孔分布范围,降低了气孔均匀程度,气孔封闭程度得到改善;改性剂加入改善了硬化试样的力学性能,当水灰比为0.6与0.8,改性剂掺量9%,干密度为247.0kg/m~3与221.0kg/m~3的超轻泡沫混凝土28d抗压强度为0.63MPa与0.60MPa,提高393.7%与13.4%;改性剂加入可降低超轻泡沫混凝土吸水率,当改性剂掺量为6%,水灰比为0.6,超轻泡沫混凝土体积吸水率为13.8%,降低了25.4%。
Ultra-lightweight foamed concretes were prepared by introducing preformed foam into waterbome epoxy resin modified cement slurries with different w/c(0.6,0.8),the air-void structure and microstructure were analyzed by Image-pro plus,XRD and SEM,the effect of epoxy resin on the mechanical property and water absorption were also discussed.The results showed that waterbome epoxy resin had negative effects on achieving uniform distribution of air-voids and increased the range of air-void size distribution.However,adding epoxy resin could be used to improve the mechanical property,decrease the amount of open-cell air-voids and water absorption of foamed concretes.At the w/c of 0.6 and 0.8,the compressive strength of the samples with 9%of epoxy resin at 28 days increased by 393.7%and 13.4%,and reached0.63 MPa and 0.60 MPa at dry densities of 247.0kg/m~3 and 221.0kg/m~3.The water absorption of hardened sample with 9%of epoxy resin and 0.6 of w/c decreased by 25.4%and reached to13.8%.
