聚磷酸铵疏水改性研究

摘要
聚磷酸铵作为一种新型高效灭火剂,具有价格低、无毒、热稳定性高等优点。本文以甲基含氢硅油为改性剂、活性白土为催化剂,滑石粉、云母粉和疏水白炭黑为辅料,利用高速混合机对聚磷酸铵进行干法改性。通过疏水保持率、含水率、吸湿性、接触角、红外光谱、XPS和扫描电镜等检测,研究了聚磷酸铵改性效果,讨论了改性机理。结果表明:改性聚磷酸铵的接触角为142.36o,其疏水性保持率达到95.4%;改性聚磷酸铵含水率低于0.2%,吸湿性小于2.0%。甲基含氢硅油在聚磷酸铵表面发生了水解、交联反应,形成硅油膜,提高了APP的疏水性能。
Ammonium poly-phosphate,a new type of high efficient fire extinguishing agent,has the advantages of low price,no toxicity,high thermal stability and so on.We selected methyl hydrogen silicone oil as modifier,activated clay as catalyst,talcum powder,mica powder and hydrophobic silica as accessories,the high-speed mixer was for the dry modification technology and hydrophobic modified of ammonium poly-phosphate.Modified ammonium poly-phosphate was characterized by hydrophobic retention,moisture content,moisture absorption,contact angle,FTIR,XPS and scanning electron microscope.And the effect of hydrophobic modification mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the contact angle of modified ammonium poly-phosphate reached 142.36°,the hydrophobic retention rate reached 95.4%;The moisture content of ammonium poly-phosphate is lower than 0.2%,and the moisture absorption is lower than 2.0%.FTIR and XPS data show that methyl hydrogen silicone oil in the surface of ammonium poly-phosphate undergo hydrolysis and cross-linking reaction,After curing of methyl hydrogen silicone oil,silicone oil film appeared on the surface of ammonium poly-phosphate,the hydrophobic property of APP was improved.
