后驱车传动系统起步撞击声分析

摘要
传动系统由于受到突变扭矩作用,其内部的间隙零件会产生撞击现象。针对手动变速器后驱车起步工况存在撞击声,首先采用试验方法,通过小波分析,辨识撞击发生位置;其次,建立传动系统撞击分析模型,提出用冲击力剂量值评价撞击的剧烈程度;通过系统灵敏度分析,确定齿轮副侧隙、从动齿轮惯量、半轴刚度、挠性万向节与冲击力剂量值的关系;最后,提出减小侧隙及从动齿轮惯量、匹配挠性万向节的方法,削弱撞击程度。仿真及实车验证结果都达到了预期效果。
Clunk occurs to components with backlash when there is a sudden change of torque in the driveline.Firstly,experiment with wavelet method is carried out to identify the clunk source,in a manual transmission RWD vehicle under starting condition.Secondly,driveline clunk simulation model is established,and impact force dose value is calculated as an index to represent the clunk severity.The effects,which gears' backlash,inertia of driven gear,stiffness of half shaft and flexible coupling have on impact force dose value,are investigated through system sensitivity analysis.Finally,a combined solution,consisting of minimization of backlash and gear's inertia and installation of flexible coupling,is proposed,and testified to achieve the expectation by both simulation and experiment.
