比较CBCT与X线根尖片对离体牙牙根纵裂的检出率间差异

摘要
目的:比较锥形束CT(CBCT)与X线根尖片对离体牙不同程度和不同牙位牙根纵裂(VRF)检出率间差异。方法:选取口腔颌面外科新鲜拔除的牙齿144颗(前牙、前磨牙、磨牙各48颗),随机平均分为四组,分别为轻度纵裂组、中度纵裂组、重度纵裂组和对照组(每组36颗)。实验组扩根后各组人为造成不同程度的牙根纵裂(轻度、中度、重度),对照组扩根后不做任何处理,所有牙根分别放入固定装置固定后,进行CBCT扫描及拍摄数字化X线根尖片。由高年资放射科医师一名和牙体牙髓科医师三名双盲法读片,判断有无牙根纵裂,比较观测结果与实际情况间不同,统计分析CBCT和X线根尖片对不同程度不同牙位牙根纵裂的检出率间差异。结果:CBCT的检出例数明显高于X线根尖片(P<0.01);CBCT对离体牙轻度和中度VRF的检出率明显高于X线根尖片,差异有显著性(P<0.01),对于重度VRF,CBCT的检出率稍高于X线根尖片,而二者间差异无显著性(P>0.05);CBCT对磨牙不同程度VRF的检出率明显高于X线根尖片(P<0.05)。结论:CBCT对于轻度和中度牙根纵裂及磨牙牙根纵裂的检查诊断具有显著优势。
