汽车催化器转化器的消声性能研究

摘要
催化转化器作为汽车的一个重要的环保部件,它同时还是一个非常重要的消声原件。发动机工作时会附带着产生机械噪声、燃烧噪声和气流冲击噪声等,这些噪声会随着排气流向后传播,其中一部分噪声是被排气管路和消声器元件消除掉的,还有一部分是被催化转化器消除掉的。本文通过声学测试试验的方法,测量催化转化器及其各个组件的声学数据,利用试验采集到的数据计算出各组件的传递损失,从而分析和研究催化器及各组件的消声性能。
Catalytic converter is not only an important environmental protection component of automobile,but also a very important muffler.The engine works with mechanical noise,combustion noise and air noise.The noise spread follow the exhaust flow,part of the noise is eliminated by exhaust pipe and muffler,the other is by the catalytic converter.In this paper,through the method of acoustic test,we got the acoustic measurement data of the various components of the catalytic converter,calculated the transmission loss of each component,and then analysed and researched on the catalytic converter and the attenuation performance of each component.
