人性化护理在心内科优质护理服务中的应用

摘要
目的:对人性化护理在心内科优质护理服务中应用效果进行分析研究。方法:选择从2014年3月到2016年4月我院收治的200例心血管疾病患者,将其临床资料作为研究对象进行回顾性分析。根据护理方式的不同,将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组各100例。对照组患者给予基础护理,而观察组患者在对照组患者基础上,实施人性化护理服务。对两组患者护理满意度进行调查对比。结果:观察组患者护理满意度为,明显高于对照组患者护理满意度,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:心内科患者护理过程中,应用人性化护理模式,能有效的提升护理质量,提高患者的满意度,对构建和谐护患关系意义重大,值得临床大力推广使用。
objective: to humane care in cardiology, high quality nursing service application effect analysis. Methods: from March 2014 to April 2016 our hospital 200 cases of patientswith cardiovascular diseases, its clinical data as the research objects were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different approachs of nursing care, the patients were divided into control groupand observation group, 100 cases in each group. Control group patients give the basic nursing and observation group of patients in the control group, patients on the basis of the implementation ofhumanized nursing service. Nursing satisfaction survey comparison of two groups of patients. Results: observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing as, significantly higher than the controlgroup patients nursing satisfaction, obvious difference compared the two groups, statistically significant, P < 0.05). Conclusion: heart patients with nursing process, the application of humanenursing mode, can effectively improve the nursing quality, improve patient's satisfaction, is of great significance to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, is worth promotingin the clinical practice.
