核电厂反应堆水池钢覆面缺陷分析及处理

摘要
核电厂反应堆水池钢覆面在反应堆换料大修期间,在相应工况下充入含硼水,并确保其密封的完整性,该覆面一旦出现泄漏,将会使混凝土结构产生放射性,且泄漏介质会影响下方的仪控设备,本文根据秦山第二核电厂反应堆水池钢覆面经过无损检测发现存在的缺陷,通过附着物分析、裂纹截面金相分析(OM)、裂纹断口扫描电镜及能谱分析(SEM/EDS)方法,进行了详细的失效分析,得出了其为典型的应力腐蚀失效,并提出了对现有电厂缺陷的修复措施和在建电厂的预防措施。
The reactor pool steel cladding of nuclear power plants in the reactor refueling overhaul period,in the corre sponding condition filled with boron containing water,and ensure theintegrity of the seal,the overlay once leakage occurs,will make the concrete structure produce radioactive,and leakage of medium affects below the instru ment control equipment,according to the Qinshan Second nuclear power plant reactor pool steel cladding after the nondestructive testing found the existence of defects,by attaching material analy sis,metallographic analysis of cracksection(OM),spectral analysis and can crack fracture scanning electron microscope(SEM/EDS) method,the detailed failure analysis,obtained the stress corrosion of typical failure,and puts forward some measures to repaird efects of the existing power plants and in the construction of power plant preventive measures.
