毛华菊形态性状变异的数学分析

毛华菊是我国特产的菊科菊属植物,为栽培菊花的起源种之一,其种下存在丰富的形态变异。本研究对分布于安徽天柱山、河南栾川和内乡3个地区10个居群毛华菊的14个形态性状进行了比较分析。结果显示,安徽地区毛华菊无论山体高低,仅分布在山顶的阴坡,对海拔的要求不严格,而河南地区毛华菊主要分布于海拔400~1200m的区域。两地毛华菊叶片宽度相当,但河南毛华菊叶片更长;安徽地区分布的毛华菊舌状花长、宽均显著长于河南地区毛华菊。通过对单样本的K-S正态性检测,株高、舌状花数、花序直径、舌状花宽、舌状花长宽比、叶宽等6个数值型性状判定义为数量性状。巢式方差分析结果表明,叶部性状在居群间和地区间的差异较大,而花部性状差异相对较小。R型聚类的结果显示,与营养生长密切相关的叶部性状与株高聚为一类,舌状花长度与花序直径聚为一类,舌状花宽与舌状花长宽比聚为一类。Q型聚类分析结果显示,安徽天柱山的3个居群聚为一类,而河南栾川和内乡的7个居群混合在一起聚为另一大类。本研究可为解析毛华菊形态变异的遗传机理奠定基础,进而为菊花的性状改良提供有益参考。
Chrysanthemum vestitum is one of major origin species of modern cultivate chrysanthemum,which is a specialty of China with abundant morphological variation.Here,we investigated the variation in 14 main morphological characteristics of 10 Chrysanthemum vestitum populations inhabiting three sites(Tianzhu mountain,Luanchuan,Neixiang) of Anhui and Henan province.According to the results:Chrysanthemum vestitum of Anhui only is distributed on the shade slope of mountaintops.Whereas,Chrysanthemum vestitum of Henan is mainly located in the area aroundan altitude of 400- 1200 m.The leaf width of Chrysanthemum vestitum in thetwo regionsissimilar,while the leaf length of Chrysanthemum vestitum of Henan islonger.The ray flower length and width of Chrysanthemum vestitum of Anhui are significantly longer than those of Henan.Analysis of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test shows that 6 of the 9 numeric characteristics(i.e.plant height,number of ray flower,diameter of flower inflorescence,width of ray flower,length/width of ray flower and width of leaf) belong to quantitative character.Nested analysis shows that characters of leaf among populations and regions behave distinct difference,but traits of flower are more identical.R cluster analysis shows that characters of leaf and plant height grouped together,which both closed related to vegetative growth.And length of ray flower and diameter of inflorescence,width and length/width of ray flower grouped together.Q cluster analysis indicated that the 3 populations of Anhui grouped together and other 7 populations from Luanchuan and Neixiang of Henan province grouped together.This work could lay the foundation to abetter understanding of the inheritance mechanism of the variation Chrysanthemum vestitum and therefore provide beneficial references to improve the traits of chrysanthemum.
