正面碰撞试验后排乘员约束系统优化设计

摘要
本文针对某车型正面碰撞滑台实验中后排乘员出现的下潜及颈部伤害值大的问题进行原因分析并提出优化方案,采用MADYMO仿真与ISIGHT DOE设计相结合的方法,对后排乘员约束系统进行优化设计。通过仿真结果对比,确定约束系统最优配置参数,并进行滑台及实车验证实验。实验结果表明,通过约束系统优化设计,碰撞过程中假人下潜行为得到消除,颈部、胸部伤害值有效减低。50km/h正面碰撞成绩由基础滑台实验的0.5分提升到1.98分,偏置碰撞实验得到满分2分,改善措施效果明显,大幅度提高了CNCAP评价成绩。
Aiming at the problemsof the rear occupant' s submarining phenomenon and serious neck injury in frontal sled test,this paper analyzes reasons of the problems and then proposes optimization schemes.Using the method of MADYMO simulation combined with ISIGHT DOE,design of the rear occupant' s restraint system is optimized,system parameters are further defined,and then sled test and vehicle test were carried out.The test results show that submarining phenomenon has been eliminated;neck and thorax injury has been reduced effectively.Score of the frontal sled test increases from 0.5 points to 1.98 points,score of the offset vehicle test gets full points-2 points;effect of the improvement approach is obvious,total score of CNCAP is increased greatly.
