基于搭载STT车型的EPS系统优化控制策略

本文介绍了基于搭载SIT车型的EPS系统系统的控制策略,描述了STI系统和EPS系统如未良好匹配,会导致转向盘抖手的整车操控品质问题。阐述了两种不同的控制策略优化思路:一种是基于整车架构层面,STT和EPS互动关联性匹配的策略;另一种是通过EPS控制器本身逻辑进行优化进,从而满足客户的操控舒适性的要求。两种思路对于新车型开发和解决现生产质量问题,均有一定的参考和借鉴意义。
This article describes the equipment STT model based control strategy of electric power steering system,first of all,through a case of actual vehicle carrying STT showed models and EPS in the absence of good matching caused by the vehicle handling quality problems.Then,this paper introduces two kinds of different control strategy optimization matching ways:one is based on the vehicle architecture level,through the interactive control matching of STT and EPS relevance strategy;Another kind of EPS controller itself logic optimization into,to meet the requirements of customer's manipulation of the comfort.To develop new models and solve production quality problem,have certain reference and reference.
