高性能混凝土超长无缝施工技术在天使之城项目应用研究

摘要
天使之城住宅小区地下车库工程施工中,结合超长结构混凝土施工的难点,采用超长混凝土结构无缝施工技术,在混凝土中掺加防腐型抗裂防水剂配制补偿收缩混凝土,有效控制了超长结构混凝土中裂缝的产生,加快了施工进度,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。
In the underground garage engineering construct of the Angel City Residential area,combing with the specific feature of the super-long structure concrete,using the super-long concrete structure seamless construction technology,we have controlled the generation of cracks in the super-long structure concrete effectively trough by the adulteration of TB-CSA anti-corrosion type crack-resistance waterproofing agent.This strategy accelerated the construction progress and achieved good social benefits and economic benefits.
