显微切除联合球结膜瓣覆盖术在翼状胬肉中治疗效果观察

摘要
目的探讨显微切除联合球结膜瓣覆盖术在翼状胬肉中治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年12月我院收治翼状胬肉患者89例为研究对象,根据患者手术方式分为研究组(显微切除联合球结膜瓣覆盖术)和对照组(肉眼切除联合球结膜瓣覆盖术),比较两组患者疗效及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者治愈率(96.00%)显著高于对照组(76.92%),复发率(4.00%)显著低于对照组(23.08%),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者复视、粘连、感染、创面融解并发症发生率均低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论显微切除联合球结膜瓣覆盖术在翼状胬肉患者中治疗可减少对患者造成手术创伤,提高治疗效果,降低复发和并发症发生情况,具有显著临床治疗效果。
Objective Discussion microscopic excision with conjunctival flap surgery treatment in pterygium. Method Select March 2014 ~ December 2015 in our hospital 89 cases of pterygiumpatients for the study, according to surgical patients divided into study group(microscopic excision with conjunctival flap surgery) and control group(eye surgery combined with ball conjunctival flapsurgery), two groups were compared the efficacy and occurrence of complications. Result Cure rate(96.00%) was significantly higher(76.92%) study group, the recurrence rate(4.00%) was significantlylower than the control group(23.08%), was statistically significant(P <0.05). Patients with diplopia study group, adhesions, infections, wounds melting complication rates lower than the control group wasstatistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Microsurgical excision combined with conjunctival flap in treatment of pterygium patients reduces surgical trauma to the patient, improve the therapeuticeffect, reduce recurrence and complications were having a significant clinical effect.
